Dream villas a stone's throw from the sea…

The minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. For special needs, please contact us.

Bookable periods: Bookings are available Saturday/Saturday (7 nights). For special requirements please contact us.

Check-in/Check-out: Keys will be handed over directly at the villa between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

Note: Arrivals outside these hours are not accepted unless previously agreed.

Deposit: The reservation will be considered valid only upon receipt of the required deposit transfer in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the stay which will be followed by e-mail confirmation of the reservation

Balance: The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.

Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Security Deposit € 500,00.

Sojourn tax: Upon arrival you will be required to pay the sojourn tax, which will be collected directly from us at the property.

Note: The rental price includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, wifi internet, and final cleaning.

Animals: Yes, small animals up to 3kg. € 50,00 per animal per week or part of a week

Indoor parking: Yes

Handicap: Not certified structure

Notes: 

Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

The  pool will be closed from 30 October to 30 April. Opening for the month of May will only be possible on specific request.
