This splendid holiday villa, located just a few minutes from the enchanting Caribbean-tinged beaches of Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo (about 1.2 km from Tabù beach), offers a unique holiday experience where modern comfort blends harmoniously with the natural beauty of the place.

Check-in/Check-out: Keys will be handed over directly at the villa between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.
Note: Arrivals outside these hours are not accepted unless previously agreed.
Deposit: The reservation will be considered valid only upon receipt of the required deposit transfer in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the stay which will be followed by e-mail confirmation of the reservation
Balance: The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Security Deposit € 700,00.
Sojourn tax: Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the sojourn tax, which will be collected directly from us at the property.
Note: The rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, wifi internet, and final cleaning.

Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
The pool will be closed from 30 October to 30 April. Opening for the month of May will only be possible on specific request.
Interiors
The main entrance leads directly into the living area that welcomes you with the freshness of the elegant and essential furnishings.
The refined dining room with TV, the comfortable living room and the kitchen, with interconnecting spaces, form the beating heart of the villa, each with independent access, directly overlooking the spacious outdoor veranda and the large garden.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen, well integrated with the dining room, has a small central island that offers a panoramic view of the outdoor veranda and garden, creating continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, next to the kitchen, a cosy table with chairs is ideal for enjoying lunches and dinners al fresco as well as enjoying the afternoon hours in the tranquillity of the garden.
Fully air-conditioned, Villa kenja consists of 3+1 bedrooms.
The living room area can be separated from the dining room by sliding a movable partition wall, allowing the sofa to be transformed into a comfortable double bed and creating an autonomous, functional and cosy sleeping space. This space is furnished with a built-in wardrobe in a contemporary design, which blends harmoniously with the partition wall, maintaining the same modern design. Inside, this area enjoys a private bathroom complete with shower cubicle and direct access to the outdoor veranda and garden.
There are three bedrooms in the sleeping area, each with a TV and a full bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Bedroom A: double with en-suite bathroom;
Bedroom B: double with a combined personal bathroom accessible via the hallway;
Bedroom C: twin with two single beds and a combined personal bathroom accessible via the hallway.

Outdoors
The surrounding land of approximately 7000 square metres is undulating, cultivated with pines, carob trees, prickly pears, palms, flowering shrubs, lawn and a few surviving olive trees.
To extend the possibilities for outdoor fun and relaxation, the garden offers two separate gazebos. One, positioned in line with the kitchen, welcomes guests with its comfortable ambience and offers tables and chairs for pleasant lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation. A practical barbecue invites convivial grilling. The other, strategically located near the modern and elegant pool area, is furnished with an inviting lounge. These facilities enrich the beauty of the garden, veranda and pool area, offering ideal spaces for socialising and the experience of experiencing unforgettable moments!
At the back of the villa, in a specially reserved area of the garden, you will find two outdoor showers, with hot and cold water, perfect for enjoying a refreshing outdoor shower in complete privacy.
Particular attention has also been paid to the service area, which includes a stylish outdoor laundry and a fully equipped service room. The latter is equipped with a washing machine, washbasin, clothes rack, ironing board and an additional refrigerator in addition to the existing one in the kitchen, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
A path for early morning jogging has been laid out in a very natural way around the garden.
The pool area, completely for the exclusive use of the villa, is located in a carefully designed garden area that is accessed via an elegant flight of steps. Characterised by a modern and elegant design, the infinity pool has a rectangular shape and is positioned at a higher level than the rest of the garden. It offers a solarium area equipped with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor showers with hot and cold water, and a bar area complete with fridge and freezer well, as well as an outdoor bathroom. The lighting of the pool, both indoors and outdoors, makes it attractive both during the day and in the evening. A gazebo strategically located nearby is furnished with an inviting lounge, perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing.
