Check-in/Check-out: Keys will be handed over directly at the villa between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.
Note: Arrivals outside these hours are not accepted unless previously agreed.
Deposit: The reservation will be considered valid only upon receipt of the required deposit transfer in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the stay which will be followed by e-mail confirmation of the reservation
Balance: The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Security Deposit € 500,00.
Sojourn tax: Upon arrival you will be required to pay the sojourn tax, which will be collected directly from us at the property.
Note: The rental price includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, wifi internet, and final cleaning.

Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
The pool will be closed from 30 October to 30 April. Opening for the month of May will only be possible on specific request.
Interiors
Fully air-conditioned, it enjoys a lot of light and colours inside, generating a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
The main entrance, on one side, blends harmoniously with an outdoor area covered by a gazebo, furnished with table and chairs. This cosy space extends in continuity with the interior of the villa, offering an ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals with a pleasant view of the pool and the heart of the garden.
On the opposite side, the main entrance merges with another gazebo equipped with a comfortable sitting area, creating an additional space for relaxation. Inside you will find a large and bright air-conditioned living room, furnished with a sofa, dining table, TV, kitchenette, complete with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave oven, pots and pans and crockery.
From the kitchenette, a long glass window offers a beautiful view of the garden. The sleeping area consists of N. 4 bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning; 2nd bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning; 3rd bedroom with double bed,TV, air conditioning; 4th bedroom with bunk bed and air conditioning)
No. 3 bathrooms with toilet and shower box. All the rooms except the 4th have access to the outside area through a French window.
Outdoors
One of the distinguishing features of Villa Yara is its beautiful garden, enhanced by two elegant outdoor gazebos that naturally delimit two separate relaxation areas.
On one side, a gazebo, positioned in continuity with the living area, offers a more intimate atmosphere with a view of the garden, while on the opposite side, also adjacent to the living area, a second gazebo allows guests to enjoy a panoramic view of the garden and pool. In fact, the villa offers its guests the possibility of relaxing in a small but cosy pool, measuring 3×6 square metres. Comfortable loungers, a stone bench and outdoor showers with hot and cold water contribute to an atmosphere of tranquillity and pleasure.
The various relaxation areas, distributed in different corners of the garden, offer different guests the opportunity to enjoy comfortable spaces.
At the back of the villa, a service area with an outdoor laundry, equipped with a washbasin, adds functionality to outdoor living. In addition, a stone barbecue and parking spaces complete the comforts of this cosy residence.
